Michael and Cathy Johnson are both highly experienced professionals with significant experience in the property inventory field. We work as a team enabling us to complete assignments speedily whilst at the same time providing additional face-to-face service for the landlord or tenant if present.

We have been in the industry since June 2009 and have worked with professional inventory companies and private landlords covering all job types including check ins, check outs and inventories.

We have worked with many major estate agents including Dexters, Chard, Aspire, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Bushells, John Dean, Moretons, Sandfords, and Lawson Rutter, Fletchers

We also undertake work for private clients.
